Mr. Johnson has been involved in the investment community for over 30 years & is currently the Chairman of Featherstone Capital & the Chairman of Calibre Mining, a gold production company with operations in Nicaragua. Featherstone is a private investment company whose founders, and close network have created over $5 billion in value for shareholders in the natural resource sector. Blayne was a founder, Director & EVP of Newmarket Gold that was acquired by Kirkland Lake Gold for $1 billion in November 2016 as well as a founder of Terrane Metals that was acquired by Thompson Creek in 2010 for $750 million. His background includes extensive experience in all areas of the capital markets including M&A, equity & debt funding.
Mr. Ball joined Goldcorp in May 2013, as Executive Vice-President of Projects and Capital Management, and in December 2014 was appointed Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development and Capital Projects. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President of Corporate Development from March 2016 to October 2017. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Mr. Ball served as Executive Vice-president and Chief Financial Officer of Newmont. Over his 19 years with Newmont, Mr. Ball worked in internal audit, finance, treasury, operations/project and investor relations before joining the executive team as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Newmont, Mr. Ball was a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Durban, South Africa. He qualified as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of South Africa and as a Certified Public Accountant in the USA.
Mr. Forster, one of the Founders of Calibre, has been associated with the mining and oil and gas industries for the past 28 years. He holds a B.Sc. (1981) in Geology and a M.Sc. (1984) in Economic Geology from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Mr. Forster has extensive experience and a proven track record in resource project development, mergers and acquisitions, equity finance and public company management. He has been a founder, senior executive and/or director of 12 publicly traded companies listed on North American Stock Exchanges. For almost three decades Mr. Forster has been involved in creating wealth for North American and International investors through natural resource discovery, exploration and development. Mr. Forster is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
Mr. Hurst has over 25 years of experience in the mining/resource industries having acted as geologist, consultant, mining analyst, and senior executive. Mr. Hurst holds a Bachelor of Science in geology from McMaster University (1986). He was a mining analyst with McDermid St. Lawrence and Sprott Securities and a contract analyst to Pacific International Securities and Octagon Capital up until 1995. From 1995 to 2003 Mr. Hurst operated D.S. Hurst Inc. a company offering corporate, evaluation and financing consulting services to the mining industry. He was a founding executive of International Royalty Corporation from 2003 to 2006 and a director of the company until 2010 when the company was purchased by Royal Gold for $700 million.
Mr. Threlkeld is a seasoned mining professional with more than 32 years of experience in mineral exploration, mine operations and construction and executive management. Most recently Ray was President and CEO of Rainy River Resources that was developing the 4.0 million ounce Rainy River gold deposit in Ontario. New Gold purchased Rainy River for $310 million in 2013. From 2006 to 2009 Ray led the team along with Randall Oliphant that acquired, developed and put into operation the Mesquite gold mine in California with Western Goldfields subsequently being purchased by New Gold for $314 million in 2009. From 1996 to 2004 Ray held a variety of senior executive positions with Barrick Gold Corporation rising to the position of Vice President, Project Development. During Ray’s tenure at Barrick he was responsible for placing more than 30 million ounces of gold resources into production in Africa, South America and Australia. Among his accomplishments were the Pierina Mine in Peru, Bulyanhulu Mine in Tanzania, Veladero Mine in Argentina, Lagunas Norte Mine in Peru and the Cowel Mine in Australia. Mr. Threlkeld holds a B.Sc. degree in Geology from the University of Nevada.
Audra Walsh is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of technical, operating, management and board experience in the mining industry. She is CEO of Minas de Aguas Tenidas S.A.U. (MATSA), a privately held company owned by Trafigura and Mubadala, located in the Huelva Province, Spain. She formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors of Orvana Minerals Corp., and was Chair of their Technical, Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee. She also formerly held the position of President and CEO of Sierra Metals Inc., Minera S.A. and A2Z Mining Inc. She has held senior positions with Barrick Gold Corporation and Newmont Mining Corporation. Ms. Walsh is a graduate with a Bachelor of Science (Mine Engineering) from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, South Dakota, United States of America. She is a registered member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.
Mr. Farrauto has 17 years of experience as a senior financial officer in private and public companies. His experience encompasses financial and regulatory compliance and public company management. Mr. Farrauto has been directly responsible for overseeing private placement financings, prospectus filings, reverse takeovers and merger and acquisition transactions. He has extensive experience with U.S. filings including SEC clearance and reporting issuers.
Randall Chatwin has served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel of B2Gold Corp., an international senior mining company with producing mines in Mali, Namibia and the Philippines, since September 1, 2019. Mr. Chatwin has more than 15 years’ experience in the mining industry and joined B2Gold from Goldcorp Inc. where he most recently served as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel from May 2015 to May 2019. Mr. Chatwin was instrumental in the execution of Goldcorp’s US$12.5 billion merger with Newmont Mining Corporation in April 2019. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Mr. Chatwin was a partner at the law firm of Lawson Lundell LLP, where he spent 11 years practicing corporate commercial and corporate finance law, with a specific focus on the mining industry. Mr. Chatwin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, and Juris Doctor (law) degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Mr. Chatwin is an active member of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association (CCCA) and has obtained his Certified In-House Counsel (CIC.H) designation from the CCCA. In addition, he is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Law Society of British Columbia.
Todd has more than 25 years in the mining sector. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Goldcorp. He has a strong background in operational efficiency, management systems and large scale development projects. Prior to joining Goldcorp, Todd spent over twenty years at Newmont Mining in various management roles before joining the executive team as Senior Vice President, Operations.

Mr. Reynolds career includes substantial experience in venture capital development, consumer products marketing, resource sector development and elected political office, both federal and provincial. Mr. Reynolds began his career in the sales and marketing field but has spent the last 35 years in the political arena, with a career that includes the positions of Member of Parliament; Minister of the Environment for BC; and Official opposition House Leader for the Conservative Party, to name a few. John was appointed as a Senior Strategic Advisor to Lang Michener law firm in Vancouver and has been appointed as a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada.
Mr. Coe is currently President of CXB Nicaragua S.A. and Calibre Mining Nicaragua S. A.. He served as a Director and President of HEMCO which operates the Bonanza Gold mine. He was the founder and President of DESMINIC which operates the mine in La Libertad. Leslie is an Industrial Engineer with 25 years experience in the mining sector in Nicaragua.
Steve Jensen, P. Geo, is currently Exploration Manager, Americas for B2Gold. Steve has worked in mineral exploration for three decades with the last twenty-five years in Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina, Colombia and Nicaragua. In Peru for Teck Corp., he was instrumental in the exploration discoveries of the Poracota high-sulphidation gold mine and the Zafranal porphyry copper-gold deposit. For B2Gold in Colombia, Steve managed successful exploration programs that included outlining a NI 43-101 compliant resource of 2.4 million ounces of gold at Gramalote that is currently in a Feasibility Study, and in Nicaragua guided the program that resulted in a NI 43-101 compliant resource of 812,000 ounces of gold at Limon. Mr. Jensen holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia and is a professional member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of the Province of British Columbia (APEGBC).
