About Calibre

Calibre Mining Corp. (TSX.V: CXB) is a Canadian-based exploration and mine development company with gold, silver and copper mineral exploration projects in the highly prolific Mining Triangle of northeastern Nicaragua.

The 100% Calibre-owned Borosi concessions (within the "Mining Triangle" of Nicaragua) are located 230 kilometres northeast of Managua and cover an area of over 860 square kilometres. The Mining Triangle has been one of the most prolific mining districts in Central America with a rich history of mining. Historical estimates of production from the area include over 5 million ounces of gold, 4 million ounces of silver and 305 million pounds of copper (Arengi, 2002).
